This lovely, saddle-shoulder pullover is packed with lots of options! Knit it in a DK weight for women OR in worsted yarn for men. Work a cable OR a bit of lace down the sleeve - you have 4 styles from which to choose! Choose the purl side of stockinette to face out, OR the knit side. You’re truly the master of your own knit! Simple, clear instructions are provided for each option in this 8-page PDF. The sweater is worked from the top down, beginning with the saddle strips. Stitches are picked up along the edge of the armholes and the sleeves are worked flat from the top down. A few short rows are required to shape the shoulders, and a link to a video tutorial on this technique has been included along with the written instructions.

Note: While either weight of sweater can be stylishly worn by a woman, if the intended wearer is a man the worsted weight is recommended because of the extra ease in the arms. The DK weight has a proportionally slimmer fit through the sleeves, shallower depth in the armhole, and shorter sleeve length.
