This cute vinyl pouch is scattered with happy dogs holding balloons, along with the saying “time to party”! Inside you’ll find 6 balloon dogs, one each in red, yellow, blue, purple, pink, and black. Each marker has been hand wired onto a gunmetal jumpring that will fit up to a US 10.5 needle.
The vinyl pouch measures approximately 2 3/4” long and 2” tall, and has a purple, heart shaped snap closure. These pouches were cut and assembled by hand, and each one will feature the print in a little bit different spot - that just makes them each unique!
