Ann Kingstone is known for leading knitters into higher skill levels through her straightforward instructional style. This is apparent in the ‘techniques’ section of the book which provides step by step directions for the more unusual knitting methods used in some of the patterns.
Gorgeous photography of the projects in the book is accompanied by exquisite illustrations from professional artist and illustrator Steve Plummer. His beautiful line drawings perfectly capture the essence of the novels which inspired Ann’s designs.
